Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors at its meeting held on Wednesday, 29th day of March, 2023, has appointed M/s. BPK Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company to conduct Secretarial Audit of the Company for Financial Year 2022-23.
