Lerthai Finance Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/02/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to regulation 29(1) (a) and (2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that, the meeting of Board of Directors of Lerthai Finance Limited (the Company) will be held on Tuesday, 11th February, 2025, inter alia, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2024. In terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, it was informed vide letter dated 26th December, 2024 that ''Trading Window'' for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the Quarter ended on 31st December, 2024 for all the designated persons of the Company.
