Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed for designated persons and insiders from Wednesday, 01st January, 2020 until 48 hours, after the financial results of the company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2019 have been disseminated to the stock exchange.
