This is to inform you that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed for designated persons and insiders from Friday, 01st April, 2022 until 48 hours, after the financial results of the company for the year ended 31st March, 2022 have been disseminated to the stock exchange.
