As per the Financial statement as on March, the Net worth of the Company is Rs.25,79,19,000/-. Hence Corporate Governance as specified in regulations 17,59(17A),18,19,20,23,24,60,24A,25,26,27, and cluase (b) to (i) 61(and (t) of the sub-regulation (2) of regulation 46 and Para C,D, and E of Schedule V is applicable to company. The company will comply with the corporate governance regulation from the quarter ended with 30th June,2024 in accoradance with the proviso to Reg 15(2)(a) of SEBI LODr.
