The Register of Members and Share Transfer Book of the Company will remain closed from Tuesday, 18th July, 2023 to Monday, 24th July, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of final dividend for the financial year 2022-23 and for 103rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company scheduled to be held on Monday, 24th July, 2023 at 03:00 PM trough Video Conference/Other Audio- Visual Means. The Company has fixed the record date i.e. Monday, 17th July, 2023 for the purpose of determining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of final dividend for F.Y. 2022-2023.
