TIMEX GROUP INDIA LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/05/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) (a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ending on March 31, 2024 and the Financial Results for the quarter ending on March 31, 2024. Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Timex Group India Limited - Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from April 1, 2024 till May 30, 2024 (both days inclusive) on account of disclosure of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ending on March 31, 2024 and the Financial Results for the quarter ending on March 31, 2024.
