Mr. Narendra Kumar Pasari has been appointed as Whole-time Director of the Company designated as Executive Charman w.e.f August 22, 2025 for a period of 3 year subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting and there is a change in designation of Mr. Naynesh Pasari from Whole-time Director to Managing Director on the board of the Company w.e.f August 22,2025 upto his remaining term i.e August 09,2026 subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual general meeting of the Company.
