Pursuant to SEBI( Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will remain closed from 1st October, 2024 till 48 hours of the declaration of the unaudited financial statements for the quarter ended 30th September, 2024 Date of Board Meeting shall be intimated in due course.
