In the terms of Code for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company r/w SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for Designated Persons, Key Management Personnel, Directors and other connected persons of the Company from 01st April, 2024 till 48 hours after date of declaration of company financial for fourth quarter and period ended 31st March, 2024.
