Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 , we hereby inform that Metroglobal Limited ('the Company') was issued show cause notice dated December 20, 2019 by SEBI under Sections 11(1), 11(4) & 11B of SEBI Act, 1992 in violation of Sections 12A(a), (b) and (c) of SEBI Act, 1992 read with Regulations 3(a),(b),(c),(d),4(1) & 4(2) of Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade Practices ('PFUTP') Regulations, 2003 and Regulations 4(5)(a),(b) & (c) of Delisting Regulations, 2009. The show cause notice is now adjudicated and SEBI has issued order No. WTM/MB/IVD / ID12 /12998 /2021-22 dated August 11, 2021 and the Company has been restrained from accessing the securities market and buying, selling or dealing in securities, either directly or indirectly, in any manner for the period of 2 (two) years from the date of order. Being aggrieved by the order, the Company is examining necessary legal recourse of action in the matter.
