Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the company has received letters via email from the Stock Exchanges dated August 21, 2024 have each imposed a fine on the Company for non-compliance with Regulation 17(1A) of the SEBI Listing Regulations. Please be informed that the Company is actively addressing this issue by applying for a waiver and even appleaing to the appropriate appellate authority, if required.
