The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e., Friday, October 18, 2024, inter-alia considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2024, which are enclosed herewith, together with the Limited Review Report issued by Statutory Auditors of the Company.
