This is to inform that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Tuesday, 30th July 2024 to consider and approve Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June 2024. Further, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Compony which has been already closed from 1st July 2024 will remain closed up to 1st August 2024 (both days inclusive), for the purpose of announcement of aforesaid results.
