With reference to the captioned subject and in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, ('Insider Trading Code'), the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from Friday, October 01, 2021 up to 48 (forty eight) hours after the date of disclosure of unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half year ending September 30, 2021 to the Stock Exchanges, for all the Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives, as defined in the Insider Trading Code.
