In continuation of our earlier intimations dated 07th February, 2025 and 15th March, 2025, we wish to inform you that today i.e. 16th April, 2025, the acquisition of Bombay Ortho by Alkem Medtech stands completed in accordance with the conditions prescribed in the share purchase and share subscription agreement dated 15th March, 2025 and accordingly, Bombay Ortho will now be a wholly owned step-down subsidiary of the Company.
