Resignation of Mr. Hardik Modi, from the position of the company secretary & Compliance Officer of the company with effect from the 12th of February 2025, due to personal reasons. He relieved on 12th February 2025 after the close of normal office hours from the Company. The board of directors extended their sincere thanks to him for providing Professional services as a company secretary and Compliance Officer to the Company.
