Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window of the Company for designated persons/insiders shall remain closed from 1st April, 2025 till 48 hours of the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on 31st March, 2025.
