Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the requirements of sub-clause 7 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR), Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Mr. Srigopal Choudhary, the Resolution Professional of the Company vide his email dated 23rd July, 2021 has informed to the management of the Company that Mr. Sanatan Dash has resigned from the post of Senior Advisor-Acting Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company and he will be relived from his duties w.e.f. 19th August, 2021 and Mr. Subrat Kumar Panda is designated as Acting Chief Financial Officer (CFO) w.e.f. 24th July, 2021 and he will be appointed as Acting Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company w.e.f. 19th August, 2021 and the particulars for appointment of Mr. Subrat Kumar Panda as Acting Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company.
