This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company vide resolution passed by circulation onDecember 25, 2023 has allotted in aggregate of 50,094 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each, to eligible employees pursuant to exercise of options under WIL Employee Stock Options Plan 2020 of the company. With this allotment, the paid up capital of the Company on December 25, 2023 has increased to Rs. 9,20,26,636/- divided into 4,60,13,318 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each.
