Outcome of Board Meeting - The Board have recommended a final dividend of INR 4.00/- per Equity Share of face value of INR 2/- each (200%) for the FY 2024-25 commemorating "WABAG''s Century long Leadership in Water and Sustainability", subject to the Shareholders'' approval at the ensuing 30th AGM.
