Share (including a premium of Rs. 575 per Equity Share), aggregating to Rs. 87,75,00,000/- (Rupees Eighty Seven Crore Seventy Five Lakh only) pursuant to the Offer in accordance with provisions of SEBI ICDR Regulations.
