Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we inform you that w.e.f. 01-May-2025, (i) Mr. Sachin Mehta is resigned as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, he shall continue as the Joint Managing Director of the Company and (ii) Mr. Manoj Lodha has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
