With reference to our earlier intimation dated 29th December, 2023 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Company has received an Order dated 16th March, 2024 for dropping the proceeding under section 73/74 from the Assistant Commissioner of State Tax, Government of Gujarat, India.
