UNITECH LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 21/12/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Intimation of Board Meeting scheduled to be held on 21.12.2023 regarding approval of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2023. The Company will consider and approve Financial Results of two quarters i.e. quarter ended 30th June, 2023 and 30th September, 2023 in the aforesaid meeting.
