This is to inform you that the Board of Directors, in its meeting held on 27.10.2021, 1. has redesignated/ appointed Shri Ashok Kumar Yadav, Chief Operating Officer, Unitech Limited, as the Chief Executive Officer of the Unitech Group of Companies with immediate effect. 2. has extended the tenure of Sh. Kailash Chand Sharma as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Unitech Group of Companies for a further period of one year w.e.f. 24.11.2021 till 23.11.2022.
