This refers to the Postal Ballot Notice dated 29th July, 2022 sent to the shareholders of the Company seeking their approval on the items as detailed in the Notice. The e-voting facility to shareholders was provided through Central Depository Services (India) Limited. The e-voting period commenced on Wednesday, 10th August, 2022 from 9:00 am and ended on Thursday, 08th September, 2022 at 5:00 pm. Rajesh Parekh, Practicing Company Secretary & Scrutinizer, appointed by the Board, has submitted his report on the result of Postal Ballot and based on the said report Samir Mehta, Chairman has announced the results of the Postal Ballot, copy of the same is enclosed herewith. The results of the postal ballot under Regulation 44(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations") is being submitted separately.
