Tokyo Plast International Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 16/05/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Statements for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2025. Further, as informed in accordance with Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the Trading Window of the Company is already closed from Tuesday, 01st April, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2025 (both days inclusive) i.e shall reopen on 19th May, 2025.
