Based on the notice received u/s 160 of the Companies Act, 2013 the Board of Directors and Nomination and Remuneration Committee thereof accorded its consent for appointment of Shri Brajesh Kumar Srivastava as a Director w.e.f. 26th August 2025 subject to approval of shareholders to be obtained by Postal Ballot.
