We wish to inform you that the 08th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of Macfos Limited was held on Friday, August 29, 2025, at 03.00 PM IST, through Video Conferencing ('VC') / Other Audio-Visual Means ('OAVM'). As per the requirements of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 (the 'Listing Regulations'), the Company had provided the facility to its Members holding shares as on cut-off date i.e. Friday, August 22, 2025, to exercise their rights to vote by electronic means on the businesses specified in the AGM Notice, through remote e-voting facility which commenced on August 26, 2025 at 09:00 A.M. and ended on August 28, 2025 at 05:00 P.M. and through e-voting facility during the AGM to those Members who could not exercise their vote earlier through remote e-voting.
