Further to our intimation dated 16.06.2021, pursuant to SEBI circular no. CIR/CFD/CMD-1/142/2018 dated 19.11.2018, In continuation to our intimation dated March 04, 2021 and April 01, 2021, This is to further inform you that the Financial Results of the Company for quarter/year ending 31.03.2021 could not be finalized on time due to non-cooperation by one unit of the Company, under the day to day control of management committee of Sonepat unit. Now the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi vide its order dated June 11, 2021 has given suitable directions to the Promoters' Group and the Board of Directors of the Company for finalization of all pending financial results of the Company. Accordingly, the company is in the process of preparation of financial results in compliance with order of Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal. The next date of hearing is fixed by the Hon'ble Tribunal for 05th July 2021 to review the progress.
