Pursuant to Regulation 30 and all other applicable regulations, if any, of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors at its meeting held today at its Registered Office at 66/67, Nariman Bhavan, Nariman Point, Mumbai 400 021 has agreed to subscribe 12,50,00,000 (Twelve Crore Fifty Lakh) Optionally Convertible Debentures (OCDs) having face value of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten) each, at par, aggregating to Rs. 125,00,00,000/- (One Hundred and Twenty-five Crores), issued on private placement basis by Savita GreenTec Limited, Wholly-owned Subsidiary Company.
