Trading Window for the purpose of dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st April 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of financial result of the Company for the quarter and year ending on 31st March 2024.
