Outcome of Board Meeting
Software Technology Group International Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 28, 2013, had decided to extend the financial year upto 3 months so that the current financial year be ended on June 30, 2013, instead of March 31, 2013 and in subsequent years the financial year of the Company shall be from 01st July to 30th June.
