Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI Regulations and Letter dated 11th December, 2024 received from office of Mr. Nishant Jawasa, the Company was informed of sad and sudden demise of Mr. Nishant Jawasa, Proprietor of M/s. Nishant Jawasa & Associates , Company Secretaries, Secretarial Auditor of the Company on Sunday, 1st December, 2024. M/s Nishant Jawasa & Associates were re-appointed as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company on 21st May, 2024, for the Financial Year 2024-2025. The copy of Letter received from office of Mr. Nishant Jawasa is enclosed as Annexure A.
