Revised Financial Results for Sep 30, 2010

With reference to the earlier "Financial Results for the Sep 30, 2010" Aster Silicates Ltd has now informed BSE that there was clerical mistake in 1st column and 14th raw for the paid up equity capital which should be Rs.1486.11 Lacs instead of Rs.1036.11 Lacs and consequently there is change in EPS also which should be 0.21 instead of 0.31.In this Regard the Company has submitted to BSE a Revised Financial Results for September 30, 2010.
