Further to our letter dated 27th January, 2026, we write to advise you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today i.e., 10th February, 2026 has approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine months ended 31st December, 2025, after review of the same by the Audit Committee of the Board. In terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclose the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine months ended 31st December, 2025 along with the Limited Review Report of the Auditors thereon, as prepared in accordance with Regulation 33 of the said Regulations.
