Please find attached the declaration for disinvestment of 22 % shareholding of BCL Bio Energy Private Limited, subject to approval of the members at the ensuing meeting. Post disinvestment, BCL Bio Energy Private Limited will cease to be the subsidiary of BCPL Railway Infrastructure Ltd. and the company will hold 29% stake in BCL Bio Energy Private Ltd.
