The Board have considered and approved receipt of 3rd Tranche of consideration for allotment of 1,46,73,782 Convertible Warrants (Out of 1,74,41,782 Convertible Warrants) ('Warrants') issued at a price of Rs. 18.71/- each (including a premium of Rs. 16.71/- each) for cash consideration to the person(s)/ entity(ies) belonging to 'Promoter and Promoter Group Category' and 'Non-Promoter Category' on a preferential basis in accordance with provisions of Chapter V of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018.
