This is to inform you that pursuant to the code of fair disclosure, internal procedures and conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders of the company and the SEBI regulations 2015, the Trading window for dealing in the securities of the company by promoters, directors, KMP and designated persons and their immediate relatives shall remian closed with effect from April 1 2024 till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results by the company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2024.
