The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by Promotors, Directors, Key Managerial Person and designated persons & their immediate relatives shall remain close with effect from 01st October,2024 till completion of 48hours (both days inclusive) after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results by the Company for the second quarter and half year ending 30th September,2024.
