Notice is being hereby given that in connection with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the company has intimated to all its Directors, Key Management Personnel and Designated persons regarding the closure of Trading Window of the company from 01.04.2022 till 48 hours from the declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2022. This closure of trading window is occasioned by declaration of financial results for the quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2022. All the insiders, designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised to take note that in terms of trading restrictions placed under above regulations, the trading window for the equity shares of the company shall remain closed from 01.04.2022 till 48 hours from the declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2022.
