Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we wish to inform that the Board of Directors at its Meeting held today, has relieved Mr. Srikant Nair (ACS 30208) from the services of the Company as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective April 30, 2025, in view of him joining another Tata Company.
