Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations, we would like to inform that the Board of Directors at their meeting held today on February 06, 2024, on the recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration Committee have approved the revision in the Remuneration of Mr. Gaurav Lath & Mr. Nitin Jain, Joint Managing Directors of the Company from Rs. 6 Lakhs to Rs.10 Lakhs per month w.e.f. 1st April, 2023 within the limits approved by the Shareholders of the Company in their General Meeting held on August 31, 2022.
