MOHIT INDUSTRIES LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 27/05/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, we would like to inform you that Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, 27th May, 2022 at 12:30 PM at the registered office of the Company situated at 601 B A Wing, International Trade Centre, Ring Road, Majura Gate Crossing, Surat, Gujarat, 395002, inter alia, to consider and approve following: 1) The Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2022. As already informed through earlier letter dated 30st March 2022, relating to Trading Window closure for all the Board Members, Promoters, all connected persons / designated persons of the Company from 1st April 2022 and it shall reopen after 48 hours from the declaration of the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2022.
