Approved the raising of funds, through issuance and allotment of equity shares having face value of 10/- each up to an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs. 50 crore (Rupees Fifty Crore Only), on rights basis and on such terms (as decided by the Board or a duly constituted committee of the Board, at a later date) to the eligible equity shareholders of the Company, as on the record date (to be notified subsequently), subject to receipt of regulatory/ statutory approvals, in accordance with the applicable laws including the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, SEBI Listing Regulations and the Companies Act, 2013, and rules and regulations made thereunder, each as amended from time to time and approved other related matters to implement the proposal of Rights Issue.
