This is further to our letter of May 16, 2025 regarding the E-voting process which we proposed to undertake, in connection with our preferential issue of 12500000 of equity shares, as per your directions issued on 5th May, 2025. In this regard, we wish to inform you that we are not in a position to conduct the e-voting as scheduled from 22.05.2025 to 24.05.2025 (both days inclusive) due to certain technical difficulties with the depositories to go through the process. As such, we are proposing to reschedule the said e-voting in co-ordination/collaboration with NSDL as early as possible and keep the Exchange informed accordingly.
