With reference to your letter dt. 27.01.2025 seeking clarification regarding non-submission of Notice of EGM, we would like to submit that we missed to upload the said notice by sheer oversight and was not deliberate nor intentional on the part of the company, as the company has the practice of submission of such documents to exchange promptly. However, this was a humble error that by oversight the document could not be uploaded and as such, we would request that this lapse on the part of the company, may please be taken as not intentional and condone the lapse. However, as required, in compliance with regulation 30(2) and read with 36(2)(ii) and Clause 12 of Para A of SEBI (LODR) regulations 2015, we hereby re-submit the said EGM Notice with a request to take the same on record.
