Financial Services company CMS Info Systems announced Q2FY24 & H1FY24 results: 1. Financial Performance: - CMS Info Systems reported a 15% YoY growth in revenue, reaching Rs 544 crore in Q2FY24. - The company also achieved a 25% YoY growth in adjusted profit after tax (PAT), amounting to Rs 92 crore. - The adjusted EBITDA for Q2FY24 stood at Rs 157 crore, representing a 15% growth compared to the previous year. 2. Operational Highlights: - CMS Info Systems secured new business wins worth Rs 500 crore in Q2FY24, bringing the total new business wins for H1FY24 to Rs 650 crore in the managed services segment. - The company expanded its cash logistics business points to 1,29,000, reflecting a 12% YoY growth. - The rollout of cassette swap on approximately 15% of ATMs was successfully completed during the quarter.
