This is further to our intimation dated May 03, 2021 about the convening of 229th meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on Thursday, May 13, 2021. In the said meeting, the Board may consider inter-alia - the proposal of fund raising by offer and issuance of fully paid-up equity shares of the Company (the 'Equity Shares') by way of a rights issue ('Rights Issue') to the eligible shareholders, in accordance with the provisions of Section 62(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules made thereunder, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, as amended etc. and other matters related/ incidental thereto including constitute a Rights Issue Committee to implement the proposal of Rights Issue.
